Sketchbook Intial ideas

Ok now the majority of this sketchbook I showed in my presentation but as one of my targets was 'to upload images of sketchbook' to my blog I thought that it would be a good idea to to show the work so far done on my planning. According to my gaunt chart I am on track and plan to start my final pieces as from next week but I do need quite a bit of help as to the flash software.


To start I quickly brainstormed a few things that would relate or, what others would relate to me. This gave me a rough idea on where I could start on my project.


These are quick notes that I have jotted down for ideas and in lectures that feel could help me, the five main ideas that I may work with are: work, friends, family, university and future. The images of the MacAir laptop is a reference for an idea that I may use as a user interface, this is only an idea though.


Before I started my online interactivity task I thought that I would research into some other sites to get an idea of different interactivity objects. This helped me gain a broader idea on different interactive objects.

A photoshop mood board with some different angles of a laptop, a brainstorm of some different interactive narratives that I could use in my actual final piece of work.

These are some initial ideas for my logo. I am finding this task quite difficult as I want to be more visually dramatic (one of my set targets) so I am still to complete this however if I carry on I think that I will get a strong logo that I could work with in the future.

Whilst being away at Easter I have also been doing some filming for an idea that I am going to work with. However I have been having trouble uploading the footage onto my computer so I am going to try and upload the footage onto the computers at the university and maybe get some help. My next aim is to finalise my logo ideas, I still have to carry on with some different ideas just to make sure that I have the right logo that I could potentially use as my logo in the future.
