Apply now to avoid disappointment.

Junior Digital Designer - 12 month fixed term contract - 18,000 - 20,000 - ASAP - Warwickshire.

The job to me seems very basic in comparison to other jobs that I have looked at but what caught my eye was that they want someone who has the desire to learn more. Looking at the advert now however it seems a bit insulting to graduates. The main criteria that they want is someone who has basic knowledge of flash and competent in word and photoshop. I can safely say that the majority of our entire course is competent in those programs.

I am starting to notice that employees cannot see the potential of graduates and rather then even considering them they are just stating that they are looking for people with experience. Give us a chance we have gone to university to learn some new skills, we can do the job.
